Back to the Doctor...

Sydney went to the doctor today for her 4 month check up (and shots)...She weighs 11lb 2oz and is 24 in long now...she's growing so fast!! She gets to start eating cereal and fruits and veggies now and also a little water and apple juice! I'm sure she'll enjoy those since she likes anything that goes in her mouth! LOL She can roll over from her tummy to her back if she's propped up on her tummy time mat! We also got Sydney her own little swimming pool...and she likes it! Girls Trip

I'm just now getting around to blogging about our girls trip. It has taken Sydney (and me) awhile to get back into the swing of things (who would have thought? LOL) We went to Orange Beach, AL and stayed in a condo with the girls in the family (Mom, Megan, Marsha, Katie, Sydney, & myself) along with the smallest boy in the family (Austin). Even though the weather didn't cooperate with us most of the time, we still had fun! Sydney got to visit her Uncle Andy, Randi, & her great-Nanny while we were there as well! We stayed on the lake side down there & had an alligator at our back door most mornings which was really neat to see. We also got to see a heron and it's mate and nest and a LOT of turtles!
